We love a good coffee from Huila! A delicious Pink Bourbon from Fabian Acevedo - a 2nd generation farmer who was literally born and raised on his family's coffee plantation in La Argentina region of Huila. When Fabian took over the family farm, Finca El Rincon, he standardized all the processes and focused intensely on quality. His parents, Alvaro and Triana, had been focused on specialty coffee since 2006!

This particular lot, grown at over 1700MASL, is anaerobically fermented for 36 hours and then washed. The result is a really sweet, clean coffee. A great daily drinker, it has a coconut creaminess with notes of plum, apricot and caramel.
