The Story Behind the Beans

It started with a barista, a bag of Ethiopian beans, and a regular who said, “Why doesn’t this exist in my mailbox?”

We’d been dialing in a new roast—super juicy, bright, and floral—and passing cups around the café like proud parents. Someone said it tasted like fruit punch in a linen suit. Another called it “liquid sunlight.” Then someone else (probably Bobby) asked, “What if this was a subscription? But not boring.”

So we made it a thing.
