We typically roast Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and normally will ship out Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If you selected delivery to a local cafe, we typically deliver to our shops on Wednesdays. You will get an email from us once it's been delivered to our shops.
