We’re a small team. One café in Santa Monica, one roastery in LA. We roast every bean we serve, print our own compostable coffee bags one at a time, grow herbs and citrus out front, and rebuilt the bar by hand from cups and plates we’d broken over the years. If that sounds like something you’d want to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.

What we hire for

Baristas, roasters, wholesale coordinators, and the occasional weird role that didn’t exist until someone made it up. Positions open and close as we grow — ask what’s available when you write.

What we look for

Independent people who care about the details. Who like coffee, or want to. Who take real pride in doing the work well and don’t need to be micromanaged. Experience is a plus. Curiosity matters more.

We’ll teach you the coffee. We can’t teach you to care about it.
