Our mainstay espresso blend that hits that Goldilocks zone of coffee - not too bitter, not too sour, but just right. Smooth, syrupy and sweet. The latest version is a two-bean blend. An incredible tasty coffee from Costa Rica that is so good we've featured it many times as a pour-over - the La Minita. We add to that a splash of a really sweet coffee from Ethiopia - the Reshad. We've had that as a pour-over, too. Combined, they really hit the spot and make for a delicious coffee that is incredible as an espresso - but also stellar brewed however you want.

The Story Behind the Beans

This isn’t just any old bean-jumble, mind you. We’ve carefully crafted this blend with a delightful duo of beans from Guatemala and Ethiopia . Think of it as a harmonious partnership:

The backbone: We start with coffee from the Guatemala Ella, a collection of farms run by the talented women of Guatemala . These beans bring a lovely smoothness and a syrupy body to the cup.
The bright spark: To add a bit of zing and some delicate floral notes, we weave in a washed Ethiopian Yukro from the Jimma region. This adds a touch of magic and enhances the overall sweetness.

So, what’s all that fancy talk mean for your taste buds? Well, get ready for a delightful journey with cupping notes of milk chocolate, creamy caramel, and that comforting brown sugar sweetness....
