Decaf Guatemala Los Vecinos (Swiss Water)

Honestly finding a great decaf is very satisfying. They are hard to find, hard to roast but when you get it, it's awesome. We love a decaf that folks don't know is a decaf when they taste it. 

This is a really delicious decaf that represents the best of what Guatemalan coffees are all about. 

This is a lot put together by a group of producers in Huehuetenango. Three amazing small producers comprise this community blend. A mix of washed Bourbon and Caturra grown at 1500-1700 MASL. And then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. 

We like a decaf that is a Swiss Army knife of coffee (pun intended). Good as a drip, good as cold brew, good as an espresso. Notes of milk chocolate, nuts and dried fruits throughout. Balanced.
