Fig Leaf Syrup

Spring has sprung. Our first spring seasonal syrup is a fig syrup made from fresh, locally-harvested fig leafs. We love this in, well, everything. We currently add this to our match lattes but I've tried it in a regular latte, with other teas and with just a dash of sparkling water. All of it is great. I'm willing to bet it'll be (as the kids say these days) fire on vanilla ice cream.
