Bright, aromatic, and quietly complex. Made with wrinkly Southeast Asian limes known for their floral citrus aroma and layered freshness. A small splash adds lift and clarity without overpowering what’s in your cup.

Ryoko Samidori Matcha (Ceremonial Grade)
Our most rare matcha offering. First harvest, single cultivar, single origin, grown in Uji, Kyoto. Earthy, savory, velvety, umami-rich, with a gentle natural sweetness. We receive just 60 tins per year — and that’s it.

Together, they do something special.

The citrus aroma of makrut lime opens up the matcha’s umami depth, brightening the cup while keeping it grounded. The result is a drink that feels refreshing, layered, and deeply satisfying — whether served hot or iced.

The syrup was made in a batch of 15 bottles total.
