Peru Alto Cedruyoc

We're always excited when the Peruvian coffees start to land. 

This one is a really pleasant, easy drinker from Cusco. This community lot is supplied by smallholders in the Yanatile area who have maybe 1 or 2 hectares of land to culivate. The organic coffees are shade grown at a ridiculous 1900MASL, meticulously picked and then washed. Varieties are Typica and Bourbon. 

We love a sweet daily drinker, and this checks those boxes for us. Sweet apples, cinnamon and raisins in the cup.
