Our espresso blend optimized for milk and syrups. A touch heavier and darker than our last blend, this espresso is chocolaty with notes of dried fruit and caramel. We like it best in a latte, though if a heavy shot is your thing, this is the espresso for you.
This two bean blend currently consists of the following direct-trade coffees:
El Salvador Finca Manuela - a washed Bourbon from our
favorite farm in El Sal.
Guatemala Cerro de Oro - a washed coffee of Caturra, Catuai, Castillo and Bourbon varities from one of the highest non-volcanic chain of mountains in Guat.
