Kids' Drink Class — Cheong + Fizzy Drinks

A hands-on drink-making class for kids at our Santa Monica café.

Kids spend two hours learning how to make Cheong — a Korean fermented fruit syrup made with just fruit, sugar, and time — and then mixing it into their own custom fizzy drinks at the bar. They meet the ingredients, layer their own jar, and leave with something to keep fermenting at home.
