Bergamot is the citrus that gives Earl Grey its signature perfume — floral, fragrant, unmistakable. We blend it with lemon for a syrup that goes into everything you'd normally reach for lemon and wish it had more range: iced tea, sparkling water, cocktails, even espresso.

Made in small batches at the roastery.

How to use it

• Bergamot lemonade. Pour over ice with still or sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
• Earl Grey-forward iced tea. Brew any black tea, add a splash of syrup, ice.
• Espresso tonic. 1 oz Milky Way Espresso Concentrate + ½ oz syrup + tonic water over ice.
• Cocktails. Works beautifully with gin, vodka, and sparkling wine — bergamot loves clear spirits.

How we make it

Small batches at the roastery, bottled by hand. Same 8-oz amber glass bottle as the rest of our syrup lineup.
