Cafe Demitasse Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Objective of the Giveaway

    By these terms (the "Terms"), Demitasse LLC, located at 135 S San Pedro St, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States, is hosting a giveaway (the "Giveaway") for users of the Instagram platform (the "Participants"), as described below.

  2. Participants

    All Participants who meet the following requirements (the "Requirements") are eligible to enter the Giveaway:

    • Must reside in the United States.
    • Must complete the entry form available either via the ads on Meta platforms or at Cafe Demitasse’s Website.
    • Must agree to these Terms.

  3. Theme and Mechanics of the Giveaway

    The Giveaway involves Participants earning points, which increase their chances of winning. The points structure is as follows:

    • 3 points for completing the entry form (required to participate).
    • 3 points for following @cafe_demitasse on Instagram.
    • 6 points for reposting the designated giveaway post on Instagram stories.
    • 1 point for each friend tagged in the giveaway post comments (no tag limit).

  4. Call to Entry

    Participants may enter the Giveaway between November 18, 2024, at 00:01 PST and November 29, 2024, at 23:59 PST.

  5. Winners and Prizes

    The winner will be selected randomly, with the number of accumulated points increasing the chances of winning. The prize consists of a free subscription to 12oz bags of coffee for 12 consecutive months, with free shipping within the United States.

  6. Notification and Prize Claim

    The winner will be notified via Cafe Demitasse’s Instagram stories or direct message. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

  7. Disqualification

    Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

    • Submitting multiple entry forms.
    • Using fake accounts to accumulate points (e.g., tagging fake or duplicate accounts).
    • Violating Instagram’s terms of use or Cafe Demitasse’s community standards.

  8. Privacy Policy

    Participant data will be handled in accordance with Cafe Demitasse's Privacy Policy.

  9. Termination of Giveaway

    Demitasse LLC reserves the right to terminate or modify the Giveaway at any time and may select a winner from the existing Participants if the Giveaway is terminated prematurely.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of California.
