Our mainstay espresso blend that hits that Goldilocks zone of coffee - not too bitter, not too sour, but just right. Smooth, syrupy and sweet. The latest version is a two-bean blend. The base is the Guatemala Ella - a collection of coffees from women-owned farms in Guatemala. We add in some Ethiopia Yukro - a washed coffee from Jimma - to add in floral notes and sweetness.
