It’s back! One of the cleanest natural-processed coffees we’ve ever tasted from one of our favorite farms and farmers. Alejandro Martinez continues to impress us with both his dedication to coffee and his forward thinking ways. It shows in this delicious Bourbon coffee. He recently started making his own bio-char and liquid organic fertilizer using micro-organisms from the highest parts of the mountain. He’s building covered drying beds and continues to grow all sorts of varieties of coffee in his varietal garden. We’re always excited to serve his coffee and can’t wait to see what he does next.
