Janson Panama Geisha Washed Lot 167 - There's a reason why Panama Geishas are some of the most sought after coffees on Earth. And of those farms growing it, the Janson farms are even more sought after. They are micromanaged in lots for traceability and quality control. The plantations are separated by forests that serve as natural barriers against pests and protect the natural flora and fauna of the region. They have a private reserve area inside of the farms to protect secondary forests and the fauna of the region. We could write a book about this farm.
This Panama Geisha is clean and balanced with complex floral and fresh fruit notes, look for honey, hibiscus, pomegranate, lemonade, fresh raspberries and bergamot.
Ethiopia Lot #12 - An incredibly sweet naturally processed coffee from Yosefe Kasaye Bora, we get incredible notes of strawberries, honey, dates, caramel, dried berries and a host of floral notes throughout the cup.
Colombia Cafe Granja La Esperanza, Las Margaritas Hybrid Washed Sudan Rume -Las Margaritas is owned by siblings, Rigoberto and Luis Eduardo Herrera, third-generation coffee producers, who come from a long-standing coffee-producing family. Rigoberto and Luis have done major renovations to the farms during the past 30 years of ownership and management, planting new, exotic varieties throughout the 52 producing hectares of Potosi Farm. At Las Margaritas, they produce classic Colombian varieties like Caturra, Colombia, Tabi. As well as beautiful exotics such as Geisha, Sidra, San Juan, Mandela, SL28 and more. On top of industry-leading farm practices, they're also innovating the world of coffee processing, constantly exploring new techniques and processes to bring their coffees to a whole other level.
The sweetness is evident in the nose of this coffee with vanilla, berry and stewed fruit.

To us, direct trade means that we've visited the farm, have a relationship with the producer, and understand how much of the price the producer is getting - and we'll share that with you as the "farmgate" price.Text
