A killer coffee from Western Guji, in Oromia, Mansa is owned and operated by Uno Coffee, and award winning producer. Cherries and bought from 550 farmers in the region where they are meticulously sorted and then dried on raised beds. Coffee is turned every 45 minutes and covered at night. Heirloom varieties grown at 1900-2150 MASL.
We get notes of strawberries, nectarines and orange zest with lots of honey sweetness.
