A really wonderful coffee from Peru. We love finding decaf coffees that taste like proper coffee and not like dirt. How do we test for that? We blind cup everything and when we can't pick out the decaf, we know we have a winner. This one is grown at 1400MASL and in Naranjillo, Peru. Swiss Water Process decaffeination means it retains a lot of it's terroir flavors.
This is a pleasant mild coffee. We taste lots of caramel sweetness upfront followed by more subtle notes of milk chocolate, raisin and almond.
